Linda Grobovsky is a bilingual English/Spanish adult educator who has taught and trained about cross-cultural sensitivity, workforce multiculturalism and diversity for over fifteen years. She uses her expertise to help organizations and individuals successfully respond to changes in society and culture.
During her career she has gained extensive experience facilitating workshops for both public and private sector organizations and coaching individual employees on valuing diversity, respect in the workplace, discrimination prevention, cultural sensitivity and international relocation. In addition, she has designed and managed diversity organizational development programs and assisted in the implementation of Employment Equity initiatives.
