Stress: Origins, Costs and Management
Stress is unavoidable. It comes from all around us. It comes from inside us. It comes from our contact with others and how we see and think about our world. Some stress is the source of energy and enthusiasm and some is corrosive to our physical and emotional wellbeing.
This workshop is designed to assist participants to recognize the sources of stress in their lives, to develop a useful appreciation of its positive and negative effects, and to develop a plan to begin to take actions for managing their own stress in healthy ways.
